WB Parade!

Hey all-

Yesterday, June 28th, we took jack to his first parade! West Bountiful had it's 4th of july celebration. He loved it! (ha ha) He actually slept for the first half than was awake for the last half. He was actually quite content. The best was that i put him in an appropriate onesie. you can't really see it in the pics.. but it said, "I won't remember any of this."

It was nice for us all to get out as a family. Adam's work schedule can get crazy! We even caught some candy at the parade. Than grandma George came to the parade and so of course we handed jack over with some time with her. He loves his grandma's and grandpa's.

Wow! That's a BIG boy

Today, Jack had a doctors appointment. Just a check up though nothing concerning. Well, we first got him weighed. Of course he had just eaten and so therefore.. he needed a diaper change and than got weighed... he weighed in a 9lbs 15 oz.
Now take into account that a week and a half ago he was only 8lbs 3oz. So, needless to say he eats like a tanker and the boob feeding is going well.

He has also grown a half inch. He is now 21 1/2 inchs long. after getting all checked out and exposing his little man parts to the air he decided to pee again however this time it was on the doctors table.. so we had a little/big puddle to work with. So, two diapers changed within 30mins. Yahoo! Welcome to our life.. feed... poop...change... repeat all day long! lol. We love the quality time together.

Than the worst part was to get poked in the foot for some test. He screamed bloody murder and just looked at me. It was so horrible and just held him and tried to settle him down. Not a happy camper. However after all the screaming he tired himself out and went to sleep. That is so horrible though. I don't like it at all.

No worries though we survived and all is well.

What we do..

Jack and I everyday get to enjoy each others company. I think i enjoy it a little more than he does.

Since i'm the more active one between the two of us.. i usually end up taking tons of pics of jack and he just lets me. However, he doesn't have much to say about it either. Plus, to me, he already is growing so much!

Ten Days Old

Wow!! Does the time go by fast or what?! It has been 10days since jack was born and he has already changed so much. It's so crazy. I can't believe how stinkin' cute he is. When he opens his eyes i just fall in love, it's super great! Well, here are some pics we've been taking of him... Enjoy!!! We do, everyday!
