Jordyn Johnson

It felt like Christmas never really stopped. Soon after well, two days after, We got the beautiful gift of welcoming Jordyn to this world. Alison had her baby, December 27th, 7:26pm. She is such a tiny little thing, but oh so gorgeous. I think the most beautiful miracle is a child being born. I got the pleasure of being in the room again for the second time while my niece was born. Alison did such an amazing job, I couldn't believe how great she looked even during the contractions.

I have to let my sister know how amazing she is. She is such an amazing support and great example to me. I know if there is anything i have questions about with being a mother, she is always there, always with the right answers and the amazing quality to make me feel calm. She loves spending time with her daughter and now her new additon. She makes being a mother look so easy. Even though, it is so challenging some days. She's always the soft inspiration that you need to get through. I love that we have been able to grow closer as she has moved down here. Thanks Alison for being such an extraordinary example to me and always letting me come to you with questions! i love you so much! You are truly such an amazing mother. Love you!! Thanks again for letting me be apart of your special moment~

Christmas...

I have so much to say about this Christmas, especially because it was Jacks first one. I'll try and make it short though!!

We had a great time with both our families this year. We all got so very spoiled with lots of gifts from each of our families. We got to have our traditional Christmas Eve dinner with the Langfords and then went over to the Georges for jammies. It was such a great night, we didn't ever feel rushed and it was very relaxed.

Then of course of Christmas Day, Jack of course got up first and him and I had some time to ourselves before we woke Adam up. However about 8:30 we woke adam up and we started our Christmas. It was so sweet and nice, we took lots of videos and lots of pictures. After we finished at our house we went up to my sisters were we all opened gifts, ate christmas breakfast and then left before the storm got too crazy!

Then at 2pm we went to the Georges and spent the day there giving, recieving and relaxing! We were keeping so busy that we didn't realize it was a complete blizzard outside, good thing my mother called us to tell us. Thanks mom!! So, we pretty much waited out the storm or until we could see better, then wade drove us home. It was such a wonderful Christmas! Thanks to everyone who spent it with us!!
