These two

This guy....

Makes mom laugh everyday!
Talks up a storm and won't stop
Gives mom time-outs
Teaches his little brother new things
and gives the BEST kisses!!

This guy...

Is sweet, happy and content!
Has a smile that is contagious.
Jabbers constantly
Admires his older brother
Already wants to be a BIG boy.

These two, and their amazing dad, are my world!
Any bad day, turns better just by looking at them.
I'm grateful for such loving boys in my life.

NARNIA

This summer, there was a good part of time spent on our narnia (our backyard).  The previous owner had made the back half of the yard an orchard/garden area.  Well, we didn't properly care for it and it grew weeds about 5 ft tall or higher.  I felt really bad for our neighbors, it was quite the sore sight for the eyes.  So, this year we finally did something about it.

Our families came over one Saturday and took a hash at it.  I am grateful for all of their help, it was quite the project! They hauled off branches and pulled out weeds and clearing out the area. The pictures almost speak for themselves of how much work it was.

We are so lucky to have a father in law that knows exactly what he is doing and has the equipment to make the job easier.  Wade spent so many days and nights over at our house, leveling, moving dirt here and there and taking tree stumps out and everything else that our backyard needed.  He was a huge part in seeing the vision for a potential backyard.  Big thanks to him.

We also took out a huge apricot tree..

4th of July

I told you all I was way behind on my blogging and so therefore, it explains this post.  July 4th.  We had such a fun, family holiday.  We first started out going to the Centerville Parade with my family.  It was so fun to have all the little ones going after the candy.  Last year jack sort of got the idea but this year.. he was all about the candy!  As were his cousins too.  Jack even got a Jazz tattoo which stayed on him for quite awhile.  All day he would say.. "Jazz, arm" and pull his shirt up and show everyone.   Needless to say we had a very full day and that parade was just the beginning.

After Centerville parade we then went down to the West Bountiful parade with Adams mom, sister and us.  He was starting to lose attention at the parade and so it was a quick parade for us.
When we were done with the parade we went back to Gma and Gpa George's house and they had a pony come over and jack LOVED the pony.  He wanted to be so big and ride it all by himself.  He wasn't scared or timid at all.  Adam however, as you'll notice in the picture.. he had more of a kung fu grip on him.. lol.  We love Adam for his over protectiveness

We then ended the afternoon with swimming and eventually jack fell asleep on the way home.  I'll just say.. that nap was so nice and long.  The evening we went up to Ambers house and watched the Davis fireworks and had a bbq.  The perfect and relaxing way to end the night.

As of lately....

Hello Friends:

It's been awhile but well, life gets crazy and we have been out a computer also.  Now that we are back...  we have enjoyed our summer so much and I feel like lots of things have changed.  For starters:

These two are best friends... whatever jack is doing, he wants max right there also!

As you can see Mr max has gotten quite a bit bigger... a solid 20lbs and still keeps growing!  We love it.

Jack, well he is mischievous as ever and is also growing up so fast!  Jack has loved the water and being outside so much this summer that I really do dread the winter season.  I am going to miss him wanting to go outside and run and run for hours on end.  I guess we'll just have to bundle him up really well and he'll start to enjoy the snow.
I have lots more updates but for now.. I'll just let you enjoy the pictures of the boys!
